About
Founded to measure what inflammation actually does
Sentos BioMed translates a specific scientific insight — that the monomeric form of CRP is the one that acts — into a diagnostic platform built for real clinical and commercial use.
Mission
Our mission
To make the active signal of inflammation measurable, trackable, and useful — starting with a specific mCRP test and building toward a platform that turns inflammation from something detected into something understood over time.
Story
From a doctoral thesis to a diagnostics company
The science began with the doctoral research of Dr. Revathy Munuswamy, who developed the Sentos binder and the competitive ALISA method as part of her work on mCRP as an early biomarker of inflammation. Sentos BioMed was founded to carry that work from the lab into validated, manufacturable products — with a manufacturing, clinical, and regulatory base in Chennai.

Values / how we work
How we work
Evidence over hype.
We state what's validated, flag what isn't, and let the data lead.
Built to be trusted.
Quality systems (ISO 13485-aligned) and regulatory rigour are designed in, not bolted on.
Patient-relevant.
Every format decision comes back to whether it helps someone understand their inflammation.
